Unfortunately, far too many of us can find ourselves in the miserable predicament that is realizing we've moved into neighborhoods that are weighed down by the presence of profoundly difficult individuals. It sounds like this guy was never going to be able to be reasoned with. Honestly, one would just hope that he finally got the wakeup call that he so sorely needed by having the cops show up to press the charges that they did on him. Time to clean up your act, bud.
